GVSC, LP announces the rebranding of the Grass Valley Shopping Center.

Grass Valley, CA – GVSC, LP, the owner of the Grass Valley Shopping Center, home to Kmart, Big-5 and SPD Market are announcing the renaming of their retail center. The center will be rebranded McKnight Crossing. New signage with the new branding is scheduled for completion by the end of 2017. The 153,501 square foot center originally build in 1979 which has been a staple to the Grass Valley community plans to craft the new signage reminiscent of the late 19th century mining town look that has popularized the area. “We really want to add to the character of Grass Valley with this high volume retail center,” says Cort Ensign, Director of Commercial Leasing for the company managing the center.
